I was born and raised on an island in the Caribbean I love Jamaica the food, culture and the people and have always been so proud of my community. We have a saying called "Wi Likkle But Wi Tallwah" which means we are from a small island but dream big and that is really at the heart of our community.
I started working in the coffee industry back home travelling up and down the narrow roads to the top of the mountains where the best coffees can be found. I wondered why our communities had such poverty and saw that there were so many proud women producing some of the best beans!
